Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get my event covered by TV19?
A simple phone call, fax, or email to the On Location department
is all it takes to find out if your event would be eligible for
coverage by On Location. Be prepared to provide information including
time, date, and length and location of your event. We also need
a contact name and number. Be able to describe the location - indoors,
outdoors, and access to electricity, etc. Requests can be made
up to six weeks in advance and should be made no less than two
weeks prior to an event. Also, are there people involved in the
event who may be willing to participate in the program production
as a volunteer, perhaps as an announcer, camera operator, or assistant
to the Director shooting the program? On Location offers training
to all interested persons willing to work on a production.
On Location bases production schedule decisions on answers
to all of these questions along with the overall interest in the
subject of the event. The more people that would be interested
in seeing the event, the more likely On Location will be there
to cover it.
How can I get a copy of a show produced by On Location TV19?
