What We Do

On Location staff produce an average of twelve new community related programs per month. Several are produced using the mobile production truck. Other programs are created in the studio or post produced in the department's Final Cut Pro non-linear editing suites.

Truck productions include community parades, concerts festivals, and fairs, as well as school-related events like plays, band concerts, coronations, special presentations, and sports.

On Location also produces signature programs including an award-winning monthly magazine show called "Local Image" that is hosted by Judy Skeie-Voss, department supervisor and Marketfest Magazine which features White Bear Lake's weekly summer festival.

Viewers have come to expect On Location TV19's coverage of annual events like high school graduation ceremonies, academic excellence award celebrations, North St. Paul's Supershow - The History of Cruze, and the Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic.

Volunteers: Our Life Blood

On Location staff strive for excellence in each production they do. They are grateful to the many volunteers and interns who have helped them along the way. It is because of the volunteers that On Location continues to produce programs that staff are proud of and community viewers enjoy!
